That means that if you order before 14.00 you will receive you're order the next day.

- We use quality packaging materials only. Though it always can happen that a package arrives damaged. In this case we shall reship a new product for our cost. We might ask you to send the package back to us first. In case you are not satisfied with out products you can return them and you're money will transfered within 7 day's.
